Race cars on Friday/Muscle cars on Saturday at Birch Run Speedway
The management and staff of Birch Run Speedway and Event Center hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th of July holiday weekend! We resume activities at the facility this Friday and Saturday, with two days of events.
Racing action returns to the four-tenths and one-third mile ovals on Friday with Double Features/Autograph Night I. The O'Guinn Family Funeral Homes Modifieds, Finish Line Seamless Gutters Pure Stocks, Backroad Beaute' Salon American Race Trucks, and Front Wheel Drive Compacts will all contest twin features, as the traditional heat races are scrapped for the night.
In addition, Top Speed Motorsports will be presenting the Top Speed Motorsports Performance Award to one lucky driver in each class. The driver who puts together the highest average finish in the two features will receive a cash bonus:

Between the first and second set of features, the popular autograph session will take place. A half-hour will be allotted for fans, young and old, to go on track to interact with the stars of the NASCAR Regional Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series. On Saturday, the Back to the Bricks-Car Cruise Road Rally/American Muscle Cruise Motorcycle & Auto Show takes over the grounds. Over 200 vehicles are already signed up for the event, that will also feature a cornhole tournament, live music, vendors and raffles. Admission is five dollars for spectators, and all proceeds from the event go to the Michigan United Way Ramp programs. Complete details for this event can be found at www.birchruncarshow.com
