Autograph and Picture Night up next for Birch Run Speedway and Event Center!
A fan-favorite at Birch Run Speedway returns this Friday, June 27th, with Autograph and Picture Night (Take 1) featuring the Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Finish Line Seamless Gutters Pure Stocks, and the American Trucks in action.
Fans will have the opportunity to meet their local heroes and see their race vehicles up close during the autograph session. Drivers will be handing out hero cards, candy, and more to the fans as the front stretch will be lined with competitors' racecars and trucks.
In the NASCAR Regional Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series points battle for the Limited Late Models, defending Champion and feature winner on June 13th, Ed Muckenthaler, holds a seven-point advantage over Dalton Worthy.
John Leonard was the victor in the Street Stock class on the 13th of June and comes into this event with an 11-point lead over Chaz Taylor.
The first two races of 2025 in the Finish Line Seamless Gutters Pure Stocks went to 2024 Champion Jim Miller Jr, but with a win last time out, Lonnie Saumier Jr moved to within 26 points of Miller Jr.
In the American Truck division, consistency has been key for Charles Hamilton. Two second-place finishes and a third-place finish during the last event have moved him 17 markers ahead of veteran Darren Burton.
Pit gates will open at 3, and Spectator gates will open at 5 this Friday. Racing action is set to kick off at 7:30. Advance tickets for this, and any other event at Birch Run Speedway and Event Center, can be purchased at www.birchrunevents.com
